Turkey Day!

My Thanksgiving was wonderful this year. It started out early this morning. I woke and took a shower. Left the house with my roommate at 8:30 and went to my parent's house to start the cooking festivities. Jo and I chopped and diced pretty much the whole morning and afternoon. Everyone showed up before two, and then the chowing down started at 2pm. We ate and laughed and let it all sit for awhile, and then ate some more, and laughed a lot more. After we were finished eating, the whole gang cleaned everything up and we started the card game festivities. I don't remember the last time I laughed so much and so hard. It was one of the funnest nights I've had in a long time. After the first round of games, we piled on the desert. And then onto the second round of cards. After an excruciatingly long game of Uno, we decided to call it a night and pack it all up. I am very thankful for my family and friends. It was definitely the best Thanksgiving I've ever had!
